The Dutch singer, poet and composer Frank Boeijen was very popular in the eighties with the Frank Boeijen Group. Since the breakup of the group in 1991, Frank has a successful solo career. The Most Beautiful & The Best 2 is the sequel to the first compilation album The Most Beautiful & The Best. This second part contains Boeijen's greatest hits from 1979 to 2016, including 'All I Had', 'Dark Blue', 'Like Shells In The Sand' and 'Vaderland'. Added to that are live versions of 'Taal Van de Tijd' and 'Gouden Bergen'.
