Eugen Cicero - Solo Piano / Re-release of Eugen Cicero 's first and only solo recording with new artwork. - This album by gifted Romanian pianist Eugen Cicero was recorded during Hungary's Debrecen Jazz Days in September 1978, but the tapes remained in the archives until 2004 when a Slovenian collector discovered them. Cicero was pursuing two aims with this program: first, to use classical piano music as the basic material for swinging improvisations, and second, to present ballads and up-tempo jazz standards, employing the resources of a classical pianist.

This is a very good CD. I enjoy listing to music from the 50's 60's 70' and the 80's.
The CD is very good. I enjoy listing to music from the time I was growing up and while I was in the Air Force.
