Alex Cuervo (Hex Dispensers, Blacktop, Feast of Snakes) saw the release of two solo EPs under his own name in 2011, exploring his interest in darker, synth-oriented Punk music. He has constructed this 13 song suite of instrumentals that owe a serious debt to the pioneers of late '70s horror soundtracks like John Carpenter, Italo-Prog masters Goblin and the work of German pioneers Tangerine Dream. This album unfolds like the soundtrack to a lost horror classic, with it's pulsing synthesizers and ominous passages inferring the unleashing of an ancient, horror creating a Lovecraft-ian musical journey. Features Sleeve design from renowned designer/illustrator Jason Willis.
