180-gram black vinyl. American alternative rock band Dig formed in 1991 within Los Angeles, as vocalist Scott Hackwith had previously produced for The Ramones among others. They recorded their self-titled debut album in 1993 in collaboration with Dave Jerden, who is well-known for producing bands such as Alice in Chains and Anthrax. The first single "Believe" charted on the Billboard charts, followed up by "I'll Stay High" and "Unlucky Friend". "Believe" remains their highest charting and most popular track to date. In promotion of the album, Dig toured with the likes of Prong and Blind Melon.
