Claude "Curley" Putnam Jr.. wrote some of the finest songs that ever came out of Nashville and had an amazing string of hits including "I Stopped Loving Her Today" for George Jones, "D-I-V-O-R-C-E" for Tammy Wynette, "My Elusive Dreams" for Glen Campbell, and "Green Green Grass of Home" for Tom Jones. Presented here is a rare single from 1960 featuring Putman singing two of his original compositions, "Forsaken" and "The Prison Song" the original vinyl of this rare gem is highly sought after in collector's circles and is now finally available in the digital domain. All selections newly re-mastered.

This is a very good CD. I enjoy listing to music from the 50's 60's 70' and the 80's.
The CD is very good. I enjoy listing to music from the time I was growing up and while I was in the Air Force.
