This time, instead of pounding the floor and walls relentlessly with punk fervor and reckless abandon though, he is instead luxuriating and sleazing all over it. On Nocturne Baby, the EBM squelks, bleeps and sharp synth arpeggios are there, but this time Cong's voice croons and washes over it playing necromancer, resurging all that is sensual, human and the opposite to daytime ratrace artifice.
