Hitoshi Kurimoto, the author of “The Basics Of City Pop Guide Book With 100 Discs” (Seikaisha Shinsho), is the planner, selected songs, and wrote the commentary for the product.
The two discs are divided into two parts: the "Urban Side," which is mainly up-tempo music, and the "Ocean Side," which is mainly mellow numbers, allowing the user to select one disc for different moods and situations.
