Little is known about The Chuck Boris Trio. Releasing just one full studio LP with Scepter Records in 1973, this extremely rare collection of funky jazz, soul and country jams stands as the only testament to a band that, while elusive, definitely knew how to funk. Featuring killer versions of classic tracks including 'Funky Nassau', 'Killing Me Softly' and 'Shaft', this is a true gem of the genre and an excellent addition to any connoisseur's collection.
