Several of these songs are presented here with Carrie's shimmering quartet meshing beautifully with her intimate, burnished tone and conversational delivery. "Some Other Spring," a harmonically intriguing ballad recorded by Billie Holiday in 1939 and "Meet Me at No Special Place" from Nat King Cole's songbook are also included. This is a very good CD. I enjoy listing to music from the 50's 60's 70' and the 80's.
The CD is very good. I enjoy listing to music from the time I was growing up and while I was in the Air Force.
