This an album that was inspired by life experiences. I used to be depressed, suicidal, abused, homeless, I got shot in my stomach when I was 16 and just all in all went through a lot of pain. Throughout my life music and poetry has been my outlet. I finally put away every excuse and created this albums'Ink Therapy'. I thought I did not have a voice, or because I don't curse or brag a lot I couldn't express myself through the hip hop genre. I'm going against all odds on this project. I'm talking about my life, my turn around, my story. This is my therapy, my way to release.

This is a very good CD. I enjoy listing to music from the 50's 60's 70' and the 80's.
The CD is very good. I enjoy listing to music from the time I was growing up and while I was in the Air Force.
