An ultra rare Detroit soul single from the criminally under-recorded vocalist Pam Bowie, "He's All I Need" b/w "Everlasting Love" was originally released in 1969 on the Aquarius label, founded by producer, song writer and label owner Ric Williams in the mid-1960s. Ric wrote both sides of the single, which was produced by the iconic Detroit soul music production team of Bobby Eaton, Fred Bridges and Richard Knight. The "A" side ("He's All I Need") is a full-on soul rave-up featuring a dense production buoyed by a string section and vocal chorus, while the "B" side ("Everlasting Love") is straight up Detroit funk, featuring a blues harp which conveys a down-home vibe and propels Bowie's impressive vocal chops front and center. This rare gem has been newly remastered for this exclusive release.
