CD reissue. This is Bonnie Tyler at the peak of her career and at her very best. Backed by David Letterman's live band members, E-Street Band members, Rick Derringer, a duet with Frankie Miller and produced by Jim Steinman. The album spawned no less than seven singles, mainly covers! From start to finish this album proves how versatile both Bonnie Tyler and the E-Street and Letterman band actually were in their heyday. From the opening version of CCR's 'Have You Ever Seen The Rain?' to the moody epic rock ballad she's best known for 'Total Eclipse Of The Heart', the duet with Frankie Miller on his own composition 'Tears'. The album ends with a typical 'Tyler' version of Bryan Adams' 'Straight From The Heart'.

- Faster Than the Speed of Night
