A vocalist who sang with the orchestras of Louis Armstrong in the late 1930's, Duke Ellington and Luis Russell in the early 1950's, Bobbe (Bobbie) Caston's last known recording was a early R&B affair on the tiny New York based Atlas Records label "Call Me Darling, Call Me Sweetheat, Call Me Dear" b/w "Why Wasn't I Told," released in 1958. "Call Me Darling" is actually a modern update of the same song Bobbe recorded in 1947 with Teddy Buckner and his orchestra. Presented here is the original 45 RPM issue, newly remastered.

- Call Me Darling, Call Me Sweetheat, Call Me Dear
