Of course, taking on this mix of standards with the Oscar Peterson Trio - including Ed Thigpen (drums) and Ray Brown (bass), certainly could make a lesser talent look better. But Henderson matches the group's ability and elevates classics like "All or Nothing At All," and "You Are My Sunshine" with his own point of view.
