Although Turner's career stretched from the 1920's to the 1980's, he is best remembered for the decade of the 1950's when his pioneering rock n' roll recordings, particularly "Shake Rattle and Roll," helped to define a new genre of American popular music. These vintage live recordings capture the blues boss at the height of his formidable powers. All selections newly remastered.

This is a very good CD. I enjoy listing to music from the 50's 60's 70' and the 80's.
The CD is very good. I enjoy listing to music from the time I was growing up and while I was in the Air Force.
