Here we present concertos for flute, guitar and piano by Mexican composer Alexis Aranda. Alexis Aranda is a pianist and outstanding Mexican composer, his works have been performed by more than 30 orchestras from around the world; among them the most important ones in Mexico and others such as the Huntsville Symphony, the Philharmonic Orchestra of Buenos Aires and the National Symphony of Peru. Great directors like Bartholomeus van de Velde, Enrique Diemeck and many others have conducted his pieces. Likewise, they have been performed by soloists, flutists, cellists and pianists. His participation stands out in festivals such as the Cervantino International Festival, the New International Music Forum and the Stratford-upon-Avon International Flute Festival in England.

This is a very good CD. I enjoy listing to music from the 50's 60's 70' and the 80's.
