Produced and arranged by David West out of Studio Z in Santa Barbara, California, this fourth record from Annie J shows increasing musical and lyrical diversity. Half the songs were written in collaboration with her friend and award winning co-writer Kate Wallace. World renowned musicians lend their talent to the effort; pianists Matt Rollings and Brian Mann, Gabe Witcher on violin, harmonica great Tom Ball, drummers Bobby Nichols and Tom Lackner and of course the multi-instrument virtuoso, David West himself. The CD art is a story unto itself. Reaching out to the artistic community and directing them to her website to hear the title track, Annie asked them to create whatever alley cat art was inspired for inclusion in the CD packaging. She received art from all over the US and six other countries! This CD is a feast for the senses!
