A New Jersey opera student whose road trip to Los Angeles on a whim led to his success, Melchor plays both the soothing off-the-cusp folksinger and sonic tapestry-weaver on record. Melchor is set to release his next album, The Diary of Living, on May 2nd. Adam Melchor finished up a tour with Laufey on her 2024 European leg, including a one-off, sold out London headline show. He has also joined notable acts on the road including Noah Kahan, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Mt. Joy, Jeremy Zucker and more. He did a North American headline tour last year, selling over 15,000 tickets across the country. Melchor has written with a number of artists, including Ashe, Alexander 23, Briston Maroney, ELIO, The Chainsmokers and more.
