While King recorded a broad spectrum of Gospel styles, this collection highlights a rich cross section of Country and Bluegrass gems from the 1940s, '50s, and '60s. Bluegrass Gospel is represented by some of the biggest names in the business. Bluegrass groups who recorded gospel music for King included the Stanley Brothers, the duo of Charlie Moore & Bill Napier, and the Easter Brothers. Several groups straddled the fence between old-time Country music and Bluegrass.

This is a very good CD. I enjoy listing to music from the 50's 60's 70' and the 80's.
The CD is very good. I enjoy listing to music from the time I was growing up and while I was in the Air Force.
